Who we are

satsuntech.com is operated by Satsun, a sole proprietorship based in Chennai, India, trading as SatSun Tech. Contact details are at the end of this notice.

What this website collects

• Nothing automatically that identifies you. The site is a set of static pages. It does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party ad networks.
• Email you send us. If you write to contact@satsuntech.com or support@satsuntech.com, or use a form on this site (which opens your own email app), we receive your name, email address and whatever you include in the message. We use it only to reply and to keep a record of the conversation.
• Visit statistics. We may use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. If enabled, it is configured with IP anonymisation and without advertising features. You can block it with a browser extension or by disabling JavaScript.
• Fonts. Pages load the Manrope typeface from Google Fonts. Google receives your IP address when the font is requested, under Google's privacy policy.
• Hosting logs. The site is hosted on GitHub Pages, which may keep standard server logs (IP address, pages requested, browser type) for security, under GitHub's privacy statement.

How long we keep email

Support and business correspondence is kept for as long as it is useful to answer follow-up questions, and deleted on request.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask what personal data we hold about you from your emails, ask us to correct or delete it, and complain to us or to the Data Protection Board of India. Write to the Grievance Officer below.
