1. Our products

SatSun Tech publishes learning apps (TalentUp, MarksUp) and care apps (MyChild, MyHealth Family, MyPet). Each app may have additional terms shown inside the app or on its own website; those apply alongside these.

2. Accounts

• For learning apps, the account is created and held by a parent or guardian, who is responsible for the student's use of it.
• Keep your sign-in details secure. Tell us if you believe your account has been used without permission.
• You can delete your account at any time from inside the app. See each app's privacy policy for what is deleted.

3. Free use and subscriptions

• Some features can be used free on a limited number of days, as shown in the app. After that, a paid plan is needed.
• Paid plans are billed by Google Play, the Apple App Store or, where offered, Razorpay for website payments. Prices are shown in the app or store before you pay and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Monthly plans renew automatically until cancelled in your Google Play or App Store account. One-time passes (such as the MarksUp Exam Pass) end on the date shown and do not renew.
• Refunds and cancellations are covered by our refund & cancellation policy.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use our products to break the law, to upload content that is unlawful, abusive or obscene, to upload another person's personal information without permission, to copy or redistribute our content, or to interfere with the service (for example by reverse-engineering, scraping or overloading it). We may suspend or close accounts for serious or repeated misuse.

5. Content and intellectual property

The apps, their lessons, animations, questions, audio, artwork and software belong to Satsun or its licensors and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial learning. Textbook references are made for educational purposes; NCERT, CBSE, Samacheer Kalvi and the Tamil Nadu State Board are not affiliated with us and do not endorse our products.

6. Learning aids, not guarantees

Our learning apps support study; they do not replace teachers, schools or official examinations, and we cannot guarantee any exam result. AI explanations and AI answer-sheet marking can make mistakes and should be checked with a teacher. Our care apps are for record-keeping and reminders only and do not provide medical or veterinary advice. See the disclaimer.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep our products available, but they depend on app stores, cloud providers and AI providers and may be interrupted. We may change, add or remove features, and we may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by Indian law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid us for that product in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer to approach the appropriate consumer forum.
